By registering, you are acknowledging that you have reviewed and agree to the following:

Student Guidelines:
Be on time for your class.
Bring the materials you need for your class, including snacks & drinks.
(Be sure to take your trash home with you, please)
Have the Materials Fee in exact cash, or check, ready to pay the instructor on the first day of the class.
Cell phones or walkie-talkies should be on vibrate – take the call out of the classroom.
Please do not bring anyone with you that is not registered/paid for the class, including your children.
Unless you have a service animal, please leave pets at home.
Parking is limited to Handicapped only at the Boarding House.  Park in the lot at the Interpretive Center as you enter Historic Johnson Farm, then walk up the gravel driveway (or Fairy Path through the woods) to the white Boarding House.  If you need to use the Handicap Parking, please let your instructor know before the class.
As a historic building, our inside classrooms are not Handicap accessible.
The temperatures in the Boarding House fluctuate more than going through menopause…. dress in layers.
If you are waitlisted for a class, you are not in the class until you are notified.  Please do not show up expecting to take the class.
Respect our instructors, they work hard.  No aggressive language.  If you are unhappy, let the Education Coordinator or President know.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in your being asked to leave the class.

Cancellation Policy:
If the weather is such that the Henderson County Schools are closing, then so are we.  We will reschedule the class in a timely manner, if you cannot make the new class, you will receive a full refund.
If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment or instructor cancels, a full refund will be provided.
If a student cancels 10 days before scheduled class, a refund of class fee, minus $10 for processing will be made.  If a student cancels less than 10 days before the class, there will be no refunds unless authorized by HWFA for a valid reason.  You can request a receipt for a donation made to HWFA.

The refund policy is set by Heritage Weavers & Fiber Artists. If refunds are available, requests must be directed to Heritage Weavers & Fiber Artists - they cannot be handled by ClubExpress.
