Class Registration and Payment

You can register and pay for your class in one of several ways:

1. Online: Click HERE to register and pay now via credit card.

2. In person: Visit the Boarding House at the Historic Johnson Farm (see address below) during open hours (M-F, 10-3) to complete a class registration form and make your payment via cash, check or credit card.

3. By mail: Click HERE for the Registration Form, then download and print the form. Complete the form and mail (see address below) with a check made out to Heritage Weavers and Fiber Artists.

Mini Tapestry Mug Rug

Class Description: You will be introduced to basic tapestry techniques while creating and weaving a mini tapestry (4” x 5”) mug rug and beginning a second one to complete at home.
FYI  - On the 1st Tuesday of the month, we now have a Study Group for Tapestry Weavers. Here you can ask questions, get weaving help, meet other weavers or simply get inspired. Free to HWFA members, $5 fee for non-members.

Fee:  Payable by cash, check or credit card
$150.00 for HWFA members (must have completed orientation at time of registration)
$160.00 for non-HWFA members

Materials provided by instructor: All of your supplies will be provided: a loom, yarn and a tapestry needle.
Materials fee: $20.00 (payable in cash to instructor first day of class)
Materials brought by student: Lunch and drink, scissors and a dinner fork (yes, that is correct, a dinner fork)

Additional information: Park at the Historic Johnson Farm Interpretive Center and walk to the Boarding House. Handicapped parking is available at the Boarding House. Please note, as a historic building, the Boarding House is not handicapped accessible.
