Continuous Strand Weaving on a Triangle Loom
Class Description: Continuous Strand weaving on a triangle loom is a fun, inexpensive way to start weaving. There is no pre-measured, cut warp, no heddles or bobbins. All that is needed is a triangle loom, easel and your fingers. (The loom and easel for use in class are provided.) The weaving is done with one strand of yarn! And you actually only have to weave half of it. That is the magic. You will take home a shawlette (small shawl). This is a basic weaving class, you will learn the weaving process and how to complete your shawlette edges and fringe. What can I do with small triangles, you may ask? You can make large shawls, baby blankets, large blankets, scarves and even a jacket. I will have samples to show you in the class.
